This policy explains what information 8before7 collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website and to the application you use to analyze products and generate assets.

Account information. Name, email address, company name, and any team members you invite.

Billing information. Plan, invoices, and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.

Product and brand inputs. Product identifiers you submit, listing details we retrieve, images and mood boards you upload, and Design Templates you save.

Usage data. Log and device information, pages viewed, features used, credits consumed, and diagnostic events.

Support communications. Messages you send us and the context needed to answer them.

We use information to provide the service — running analyses, generating assets, maintaining your workspace — and to bill correctly, provide support, secure the platform, and understand which features are used so we can improve them.

We may send service messages about your account, and marketing messages you can opt out of at any time.

Images, mood boards, and brand material you upload are processed to produce your Design Templates and product images. Your uploads and generated assets are not published by us and are not shown to other customers.

Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we process personal data to perform our contract with you, to meet legal obligations, on the basis of legitimate interests such as securing and improving the service, and with your consent where consent is required.

We do not sell personal information. We share it with service providers who process it on our behalf — hosting, storage, model inference, payments, analytics, email, and support tooling — under contracts that limit their use of it.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a merger or acquisition, in which case we will give notice.

We keep information for as long as your account is active and afterwards only as needed to meet legal, accounting, or security obligations. You can delete individual products, templates, and assets from your workspace, and request deletion of your account.

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we hold. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data we will notify you as required by law.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Submit requests to info@8before7.com; we will verify your identity before acting.

You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

We and our processors may store and process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on approved transfer mechanisms such as standard contractual clauses.

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure how the site and app are used. You can control cookies through your browser, though disabling some will affect functionality.

The service is intended for business use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
